# Accessing the Portal

**To access the web portal**  
1\. Start a web browser.  
2\. Go to https://pbx.precision-computer.com   
3\. At the login page:  
• Enter your Login Name (ext@customerpbxname) and Password. If you do not know your Login Name or Password use the applicable Forgot Link.   
• If you never received these details use the New User link
